By booking a service with MD Home Doctor LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Scope of Services
MD Home Doctor LLC provides preventive home maintenance services, including system checks, basic maintenance, and routine upkeep tasks.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed specialty contractors (such as electricians, plumbers, or HVAC technicians where licensing is required).
We do not perform major repairs, code upgrades, or full system replacements.
No Guarantee of Issue Detection
While we perform a thorough check up and maintenance process, we do not guarantee that all issues, defects, or future failures will be identified or prevented.
Homes and systems can have hidden or developing problems that are not visible during routine maintenance.
No Warranty
All services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
That systems will not fail after service
That maintenance will extend the life of any specific component
That any identified issue will not worsen over time
Client Responsibility
The homeowner is responsible for:
Approving any recommended repairs or further evaluation
Maintaining their home between visits
Hiring licensed professionals when required
Access & Property Conditions
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all service areas, including:
HVAC systems
Utility areas
Attic, basement, garage, and exterior areas
We are not responsible for:
Areas that are inaccessible or unsafe
Pre-existing damage
Damage caused by hidden defects or improper prior installations
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Home Doctor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Water damage
System failures
Energy costs
Property damage arising after service
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via:
Cash, Zelle, and Venmo
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:
Calls and text messages related to your appointment
Service updates and follow-ups
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Agreement
By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Customer Disclaimer.
